Pros

Pro-Tech has been a great company to join! They do a fantastic job of treating everyone with respect and operate with the utmost integrity. They truly care about the people they work with and do a fantastic job of building relationships with the clients and candidates. It's not often you find a recruitment firm that will place a client's needs above their own, but I've seen them do this time and time again... It's great working for a company where you enjoy the people, like coming in every day, and know that every process is set up with "people first" in mind.

Cons

There are no cons at this time... The structure may be challenging for someone who is not self-motivated or driven. Everyone who works here has fun, but is also diligent to accomplish their work and is highly motivated!

Pros

Pro-Tech Search, Inc. is focused on "treating people right" and because of that has a 95% repeat client ratio (unheard of in the recruiting world!). This mentality manifests itself in the way the company treats its employees. Salaries and bonus structures are strong and the atmosphere is motivating and encouraging. If you work hard with the company you will certainly be rewarded!

Cons

You have to be self-motivated in the "Recruiting World" and with Pro-Tech Search, Inc. to be successful. Individuals who have a history of simply "punching the clock" aren't necessary successful (or happy) in this field. If you can manage your time well, be proactive and don't need closely managed - you'll do wonderfully. If you need a Superior to ensure your work is being accomplished and are unable to "hold your own feet to the fire." you won't make it long.
