This mentality manifests itself in the way the company treats its employees. Salaries and bonus structures are strong and the atmosphere is motivating and encouraging. If you work hard with the company you will certainly be rewarded!

You have to be self-motivated in the "Recruiting World" and with Pro-Tech Search, Inc. to be successful. Individuals who have a history of simply "punching the clock" aren't necessary successful (or happy) in this field. If you can manage your time well, be proactive and don't need closely managed - you'll do wonderfully. If you need a Superior to ensure your work is being accomplished and are unable to "hold your own feet to the fire." you won't make it long.
