Coming up to a year at Prism, I can genuinely say it’s been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. The team atmosphere is supportive, energetic and we’re always pushing each other to do better. It’s a great learning environment where you’re constantly encouraged to grow, ask questions and take on new challenges. The commission structure is one of the standout perks. It’s genuinely achievable, transparent and you really feel the rewards of the work you put in. It’s motivating to be part of a company where performance is recognised and celebrated. The culture is another huge plus. This summer, the whole team went to Ibiza on a company trip, which was an amazing experience and a testament to how much Prism values its people. We also have regular team lunches in some really cool spots around our office in Borough. Overall, Prism offers a brilliant balance of professional development, strong earnings potential and a genuinely fun, collaborative culture. Highly recommend for anyone considering joining!

The commitment to making the role constantly exciting is second to none. Great people - The people here are all straight-up, collaborative, and genuinely want each other to succeed. When you win you win together, and through the rollercoaster of emotion that is recruitment, they pick you up and get you motivated to succeed again. Great opportunity to grow - They go above and beyond to provide you with the resources to better yourself. This includes external platforms, speakers, and health coaches as well as one-to-one sessions with the MD, who invests his own time into you well beyond what would be normally expected. Great chance to make money: The name of the game is making money, here at Prism you are given every opportunity to do so. The commission structure gives you the chance to make some serious wonga, you never feel like your shackled. The MD wants you to do well, wants you to make money and gives you every chance to do so.
