Prism Client Solutions is an outstanding company that provides real opportunities to its team members and provides support at every available opportunity. Everyone is very team-focused and extremely friendly, and there is a well-established culture around supporting others and doing whatever you can for your team to help everyone grow. Working with everyone there was a lot of fun, and even despite the heavy Covid-19 restrictions, there is such an enjoyable atmosphere among the team during meetings. Progression opportunities are excellent within this company, and they are available to anyone who can show outstanding performance, regardless of your prior experience in sales. Management is extremely supportive and focused on bringing as much value as possible to all team members. When I began at Prism, I couldn't believe how positive and supportive an executive team could be - it is not unusual to be contacted by the director for a friendly chat to see how you are doing and what he can do to help! They also looked after us throughout lockdowns and I commend their focus on looking after their own. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an opportunity in direct sales!

After leaving the military, I started working with Prism and the support I received to build my confidence back to civilian life was incredible and I can’t thank them enough. The structure and experience from all the team helped me gain the sales knowledge I needed and is incredible how quickly you develop all the skills you need. From the minute you enter the office your welcomed and they all made to feel so comfortable, I was expecting the typical silence of an office but they are great bunch and made me feel so relaxed, the work environment is exciting and you are constantly developing yourself as well as your work.
