Pros
I will start with the good: - One free mental health day every quarter (free day off).
Cons
The bad: - Management is all over the place. They constantly change expectations from one day to the next. - The 2 people running the company are not BCBAs - During my first month of working here I was assigned/removed from cases almost weekly (families need stability) - HORRIBLE training. You essentially sit through training and don't have ANY hands on experience. This results in having BIIs with NO experience on the field. -They expect you to do everyone else's work for no pay (for example: I had to add/delete appointments/ make sure the right codes were on there even though that's scheduling's job for NO PAY) -FRAUD (I was expected to conduct assessments that were only supposed to be conducted by the BCBAs and then have them initial the assessment). - HIGH turnover, BII's left weekly due to the company (they were expected to pick up equipment with NO pay, etc.) - They take advantage of hours (parents have told me they bully them into committing to more hours even if they don't have any time. When they say no, the company threatens to cut services). - I was expected to write reports on cases that were not mine (without ever seeing the kiddos). The list is endless, this company as a whole should be reported to the board, there is a lot of shady stuff going on.
