Expectations may seem high but it prepares you for bigger roles in the company.

When the leadership is not honest about several things, you cannot expect anything positive. I didn't experience any positivity either.

The upper management is doing a terrible job. They play awful games and pit employees against each other. They will blame you for someone else's blunder and then expect you to fix things. It's horrible. Avoid working here if you prefer honesty and fairness!
