Pros
Fully remote, somewhat flexible schedule. Individual teammates are wonderful, organization/management is very impersonal.
Cons
Feels like cold-call sales rather than patient-centered healthcare, and "productivity" is measured by how many members you can convince to enroll in care management (by cold-calling them).
