      Pros

      The company overall is great! everyone who works for the company are so nice and are always willing to help. Working from home also is a big plus, even though I don't mind going into the office to see everyone in person, it saves me a lot of time in the mornings and after work, and saving gas ( since its crazy prices right now ) which is great since I have a lot going on after work. They really care about their employee's and make sure we are able to help grow the company too.

      Pros

      Company is focused on saving lives, not making money. There are great people to work with. I am encouraged to learn and get better at my job. I am challenged daily to solve real problems. The office building is pretty sweet.

      Cons

      Company priorities and initiatives aren't always completely aligned between departments.

      Company has a lot of things going on, it has taken me longer than expected to get up to speed.
