      Pros

      Motivosity is a an awesome tool. I love how well my team communicates with one another.

      Cons

      Better communication between departments. Management taking our word for things with what we need as far as resources. EX: we need another full time employee in CC not a new part time. The work load is incredibly high and causes a stressful work environment for the 4 full time employees

      Pros

      Company is focused on saving lives, not making money. There are great people to work with. I am encouraged to learn and get better at my job. I am challenged daily to solve real problems. The office building is pretty sweet.

      Company priorities and initiatives aren't always completely aligned between departments.
