      Pros

      - Eric is one of the best supervisors I have ever had and makes it enjoyable to come to work every day. - I really like the morale in the company, All the events that are done puts a smile on my face. - I love to telework, I feel like I get way more accomplished versus other roles that have held where they are in-person.

      Cons

      I really do not have any cons. I think the one setback I have had was learning SmartSheet, but Eric has encouraged me to take classes through SmartSheet University which has helped me a lot. I cannot think of anything that would be really considered a con.

      Pros

      Company is focused on saving lives, not making money. There are great people to work with. I am encouraged to learn and get better at my job. I am challenged daily to solve real problems. The office building is pretty sweet.

      Cons

      Company priorities and initiatives aren't always completely aligned between departments.
