before 10-1-19 the pros were huge, great people, team centric, flexible hours as we had a strong team and were building a strong culture. our leaders were strong and instilled leadership quality in us. We were designing and fabricating good product and working hard to increase the quality of all we made. Near oct-2019 we meagered with Cornelius.
Cons
HR has always been a joke. for the last 5ys there has been over 8 HR generalists. they all quit. Very hard to do your job, when you need to interact with an empty chair where HR should be. The meagered with Cornelius DESTROYED the prince castle culture, a culture of open discussion, mutual trust and communion. the management style that took its place was filled with deception mistrust / NO trust and gossip. In July masked by Covid, the company eliminated 60 positions mostly of Prince Castle employees.
