Pros
My manager spent a lot of time coaching me in sales and in the rail industry. It was really helpful and very easy for me to start doing work. The team is also very supportive, nice and inclusive. They were always open to answering my questions.
Cons
Only thing I wish I negotiated was accounts going in-house after 12 months.
