Pros
Very warm company to work for. No internal company politics or games from what I could tell. Friendly and supportive colleagues. Home office leadership is focused on skill development and growth. Supporting the residents and community teams are the primary focus. Medical benefits are solid.
Cons
Due to the smaller company size and minimal turnover, career advancement at the home office isn’t likely at a certain point without a decade or more in the company. Though community level advancement opportunities are strong.
Pay is behind industry average by a decent amount, though the work environment is a nice counter balance.
Quality is inconsistent between departments. Dining and Life Enrichment are well behind industry trends.
