The job is very easy once you adapt to work instructions and understand how much energy you need to put into the job. Steady hours which are Monday through Friday and rarely Saturdays. So full 40 hours per week.

Some of the downsides are that they lack communication between all shifts and the pay is not very competitive. The pay is very low compared to the other factories around. The gossip between shifts is pretty annoying but if you dont care about it then it doesnt bother you.
