Pros
I have worked for several organizations that give lip service to caring about their staff and customers. PrimeWay walks the talk, and it is refreshing. I can ask unpopular questions and get real answers. We are always working on improving service, improving technology, and improving the culture. We not only talk about improving our culture, but there are also meetings at multiple levels throughout the organization on how to do it, and there is follow through. Most important to me is that I leave work each day knowing that if I have found a way to make things better for our members, it has been a great day.
Cons
Every job has a downside. This place is fast-paced. You will never get bored. (For me, that is a positive.) You have to have decent time management skills to do well here.
