The pay is awful. If all the CSRs packed up and quit today and went to work for Paychex, they would all be making $3-5 more than they currently are.
Sales training with regards to the benefit products we offer needs to be improved. They constantly oversell and overpromise to clients or brokers and then when we can’t deliver, it becomes a service issue and it’s bad customer service. That’s just not right. Have someone who knows Benefit Services teach them about FSAs and HRAs, etc. that would avoid a lot of pain on our end.
