From day one this awesome team has been unbelievably welcoming, even though we're all virtual at the moment. Onboarding was great very smooth transition for me. PrimeGov is a fun fast pace working environment. One of the best things I love about PrimeGov it's people & culture. Culture is great because all departments are always collaborating & doing fun group activities. (last week we had our monthly virtual gathering & played this game on app) Leadership is very communicative, insightfully (gives credit when credit is due), care about professional development & simply just always being positive & looking to be helpful.
