Good money for the work. Great if you want to earn some extra cash. You get to drive cool cars. Tips are great and you get paid in cash at the end of the shift.
Cons
Poor management. Large egos and lack of flexibility. Would have stuck with the company longer if they listened to schedule requests. If you took off (as part time) they would put you on the worst shifts the next week so you would make no money.
