Great people to work with. Hours are good and management has changed quite a bit in the last few years

Every company has its share of thing that could improve. Same goes for this company. Nothing serious.

Employees get the autonomy to do their jobs in the way they want if they can produce successful results. Very little "micro-management" but help is available if it's needed.

It's not a company to receive a lot of training if you don't already have strong skills. Doesn't have the large company structure for training and day-to-day teaching.
