Get a high or increment if you treat your employees under you ill to get your work done Pay you more. if only money matters and you can sacrifice your self-respect then can work here

a alot 1)No work life balance 2) In Human treatment 3)they dont listen to the concerns 4)Managers or team leads dose not know how to behave professionally 5)No safety and expect you to work late nights or sometimes entire night 6) Ladies if security is a concern never work for this company. they dont take any responsibility of you reaching home safe late night. and forces you to work late night
