Pros
The job has a sense of family atmosphere and most do work together as a team with one goal. The patients are unique and it is rewarding to help the patients in need without insurance. The pay is OK and benefits are above average and the time off is generous.
Cons
There are times when communication is lacking from management. Pay could be better and raises should be better. There is an attendance policy that is based on points and is many times unfair bit overall its not too bad.
