Supportive staff but limited growth and favouritism - Retail Assistant Primark Stores Employee Review

There appears to be a significant level of favouritism; employees who are well-liked tend to advance more quickly, while those who are not may find their opportunities limited. There seems to be a lack of genuine opportunities for growth or advancement within the organisation. The tasks assigned are repetitive, with daily routines remaining largely the same, offering little scope for variety or development. Some managers exhibit discourteous behaviour and communicate in a manner that can be considered dismissive; a few have allowed their positions of authority to influence their conduct negatively.
