Cons
Low pay. Management thinks that everywhere pays the same when I know for a fact they do not. There are people within the company drawing blood for $16 an hour. Raises? forget it. You're better off seeking another job if you're looking for more money. They want you to have experience, but don't pay accordingly. Favoritism. Micromanagement. Discrimination. Used for interpretation, but I am not a certified one, which come to find out is illegal and again, they don't pay you more for speaking a second language and interpreting in rooms with patients.
