Management comprises of older generation who have no boundaries or respect for employees off work timing. Each person has different things they are working on and there is no support system. When one of them is on sick leave or goes away, there’s no one to takeover and hence employees need to reply emails or WhatsApp messages even when they’re on break. Employee promotion only happens after you are in the company for minimum 3 years.
