Pros
Very well-organized board management and communication/PR team. The best I have seen. Founders are great people. The company in general seems to sincerely seek sustainability when creating the design, which I find inspiring. Nice, clean, and very looked-after building to work in. Good for portfolio building for juniors. Salary is official and according to a sheet and not personal bargaining, so no unfairness.
Cons
* Lack of diversity * toxic environment created by some department leaders such as visualization, * no proper room for progress unless one is versed in politics and builds your team of allies * regular individual assessments with improper mediation infused with biased and non-logical argumentations by the lead evaluating their staff: usage of personal judgments, strawman fallacies, inaccurate accusations with no proof. * favoritism towards certain staff to the detriment of others * poor collaboration within the department and between departments. * turnover among lower staff is high for lack of support and due to their devaluation by more senior staff.
