Pros

Hard working ICs and remote enviroment.

Cons

First, 95% of these reviews were asked to be written or written out of fear. The company is a sinking ship, largely due to a CEO who shows little regard for employee’s well-being and a leadership team that lacks relevant experience in the industry. The culture is driven by fear, with an expectation to work around the clock and no respect for personal boundaries. The CEO only wants to hire offshore to help keep his cost low. They only want to hire “yes” people who won’t challenge the status quo. There’s no room for growth, as promises of promotions and pay increases are repeatedly broken. New hires are given little time to ramp up—if you don't perform in your first month, you're likely to be let go. Don't even think of taking time off as you should be working / available at all times. Leadership often takes credit for the hard work of the ICs and seem to never be available when reps are in need. Also such micromanagement from the C-Suite to management. The GTM strategy is poorly developed, and the GTM leaders lack the necessary experience to address critical business challenges. There are no established sales processes, yet the expectation is to close deals ~$50K+ in less then 2-months. The CEO refuses to change his ways and strategies when it comes to GTM and will continue falling back on the current "yes" people to pick up the extra responsibilities without additional pay. If the company hopes to move beyond Series A, it must drastically change its approach to leadership, culture, and strategy.

Pros

Prezent delivered one of the most timely and responsive hiring processes I’ve ever experienced. Communication was clear, fast, and respectful at every stage. I had meaningful opportunities to meet the team, understand how they work, and see the culture firsthand. Leaders were accessible, open, and transparent about the company’s direction and expectations. HR went above and beyond proactively checking in. The entire experience felt thoughtful, human, and aligned.

Cons

Because the team is so responsive and moves quickly, the pace may feel fast at times. It helps to stay organized and proactive to keep up with the momentum.
