      Salary. Among best paymasters in NCR region.

      Cons

      Ranga (CEO) has lot of family money but no capability to earn it. He hires master panauti Billa (CTO) to ensure they never have a product. People are hired and fired based on whims and fancies of Ranga and Billa is happy to oblige as no one else is going to pay him so much money. Thus, created one of the biggest con of Technical World where folks are hired from vast different fields and everybody is assigned work not related to their domain. All of this so that Ranga can broaden technical knowledge-base and Billa can get fat paycheck. This company does not have a future and neither does anyone who work here.

      Pros

      Pretlist has been a fantastic place to work! It's an energetic startup with loads of passion from the top down. Management takes the time to train each team member so it's a constant learning experience. I have loved working there and am exciting to see where this company is going from here. Getting in this early paves the way to move up within the company.

      Pretlist is a startup and working there comes with all the risks of working for a new company.

      everything from the useless work they make you do much beneath your level to the way they treat you once you move on in life
