-New office and lab -Free 3 days lunch, snacks and beverages -Good peers but all left or leaving -May have a lot of growth since there is no one left in the team -HOD got demoted
Cons
->12 people resigned within 3 months -manual check in and out and some one will take your attendance -need to report your hourly/weekly daily activities to management -appointed a director far far away at US, and that director/management will decide solely based on the team leads only -team leads sucks, just want to get things done and never know how the experiment works -extremely micro managing
