      There is flexibility in your schedule

      Cons

      You will do more work than they pay you for. The systems are awful and management always promises changes but they never come. The AR team really should be called the Issue Resolution team because they do all the coordinating on issues created by other depts.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
