Too many 'directors' and 'VPs' High stress Middle of the night calls

The pay rate was okish

1. Wrongfully listed as "contractors" when aren't actually contractors - the company still dictate your schedule including breaks - which my definition makes you an employee without benefits. 2. They are terrible with paying "contractors" on a consistent schedule.
