Pros
When you're selling a lot and bringing in the numbers the treat you very well. very flex with the schedule, little bonuses here and their. good pay and commission.
Cons
They really only care about the numbers. If the company loses a partnered company which happened twice with during my time. They expect you to continue to sell at the same rate even with two missing major partner companies. They have a saying there is no such thing as bad leads just bad agents!
