Pros
I learn a lot about operating a manufacturing / high tech business. Wasn't but I surely will use in future endeavors.
Cons
High pressure production schedules and being part of an independently owned single owner company proved to be quite stressful . Privately held also means getting the job done without tools to do the job in the most sufficient manner.
