* Versatile roles that always keep you busy * Meet and speak with wonderful people from the spa industries and partners * Great people from the Premier Software side * Everything you did felt like it made a difference * Work was nice combination of collaboration and autonomy from the Premier side
Cons
* Company culture nosedived following acquisition by Journey Hospitality * Lack of understanding of work undertaken from member to member or teams * Division of ideals between head office (Journey) and Cannock office (Premier) * Far too heavily stat-based * A little too much of management patting themselves on the back
