Pros
Working from home. Makes it less positive that you are expected to work practically day and night
Cons
This company will lie to you. All the LinkedIn job ads are lies. The family culture is only true for ex-IQVIA old mates who promote and protect each other . All terrible managers have friends in upper management and they will work for their advancement and their own position but never to represent people who pull the boat. This company might nurture _some_ people (mainly managers) but be prepared: as a clinical research associate you are considered as disposable and you will be flogged till burnout. The company just signs new and new contracts without proper workforce to carry the workload. You are expected to constantly work long (!!) hours. Long means 14 hours a day. Without a thank you. Line managers will easily allocate 1.8 FTE for you and if their psychopathic and demanding communication style makes people flee, they will be removed but with a promotion in global management! Like it happened recently down under. The upper management rewards ex-IQVIA mates who whip the research associates hide and squeeze every last drop out of them. And don’t let them fool you. Once you are burned out and need sick leave, you will notice right immediately that this family doesn’t treat you as a family member. You will be told that “ you need a change “. You will be pushed out and discarded as a pair of old socks. You are no longer useful, you can’t be used for company’s advancement.
