Pros
Everyday is different. Different issues are reported by clients and I am always learning something new. The day does not go by slowly and its great to work in a team environment where people care not just about collecting a check, but genuinely doing a good job for their client and the firm.
Cons
There is a lot of mail we get from vendors and it can be a lot to encumber but we have the supoprt staff to sift thru it. And, the President likes to buy us lunch and I have gained a couple pounds from that. :-) Overall though, if there is an issue, we can discuss it privately and confidentially with our VP, and corrective action with us being update is done.
