      Pros

      Premier has a great foundation for success with powerful technology and tools as well as bright minds on the Advisory side. It values innovation, always backs and takes care of its employees, and every employee feels to be performing better every day with the enthusiasm around. Overall, a great place to work

      Cons

      Some products/services could be more integrated to serve are members better. But we are already on the path of integration which is a great sign. No cons otherwise.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
