      Usually good work-life balance, a passion for patient-centered care, passion for finding solutions to problems, awesome benefits, good bonus, good amount of PTO, great cross-functional teams

      Tight deadlines, lack of thorough understanding of a project before jumping into it, emphasis on time rather than quality.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
