Pros
They have a good progression ladder, with opportunities to boost your learning in many ways. I feel you are well supported by management. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming; you could approach anyone for help, and they are happy to assist. You are noticed for your good work here, it does not go unmentioned. They are also very understanding when it comes to outside matters, if you are unwell or need any support, you are not scrutinised for this.
Cons
Very busy work, you often have ten things to do at once, and this can be a bit stressful if you don't organise and prioritise correctly. But with the right methods, this is manageable Sometime the residents can be quite angry to deal with, you need the ability to let things bounce off you in this job.
