Premier is a fairly new company growing at a high rate. The Owner and management know the industry very well. The sales staff is very aggressive.

The pay is lower than the average company, but other than that they are a good company to work for. They have good people working for them.

Good people (coworkers) & consistent hours

Low pay, likely won’t give the $1.00 hire-in pay promised, mess up your pay & not handle situation professionally. Move people into positions that offer more pay but don’t adjust that persons pay appropriately. No career advancement. Very dirty.
