Pros
Some of the people are lovely. Most of the good ones leave once they realise how bad the company is.
Cons
There is little to no support. People are extremely negative and will look for a reason to treat you differently. Most seniors have a problem with people of colour (singling out people that look or sound different, refusing to engage in conversation with you by ignoring you, deliberately not learning your name). They offer no support nor training. They will hold any mistakes made against you eventhough seniors also are unaware of procedures themselves. They do not like honesty and take things very personally if they do not hear what they want. There are at least 1-2 people resigning every week due to the poor working environment. Do not ask about/ for career progression or opportunities as they find it disrespectful (they do not want people to grow from their role). They will make jokes about sensitive topics (for example if a work colleague passes away during the time working there). They are reluctant to give you a pay rise or offer fair pay to their employees. They expect above and beyond with little respect and regard for their employees in return. The company as a whole is the worst place anyone could work. Please be careful when considering PBM as a place to work.
