Pros
There is a great team atmosphere here among the workers in the office. Co-workers really do support one another. If you need to take off because your child is sick or you have a family emergency, you are typically allowed to without question. Since the office is small you get a very in depth understanding of all aspects of the property management industry.
Cons
Pay and benefits are terrible in comparison to other property management companies in this area. Sometimes management gives people a hard time about taking their vacation which I think is odd since they don't question sick time. You will NOT get paid any overtime so you have to make sure that you do not go over your 40 hours, regardless of the task that needs to be completed. Management questions everything you do, even if they are the ones that told you to do it. People's jobs change regularly to help cover unfilled positions since the place has a lot of turnover. Most of the time promotions do not include pay raises.
