Pros
Nice people to work with, for the most part. Pay in the ITS department was good; the other departments it was poor.
Cons
The company as a whole was nice; I was just in a challenging situation, sandwiched in between an ineffectual manager and a coworker who was in the senior position who had micromanaging tendencies. The job I was in represented major "title inflation" because there was little to do, and what there was to do was clerical in nature. I was told other departments were very happy; overall the company I believe was a great place to work. The majority of the people were very nice there. I think I just drew the short straw with the particular position I was in.
