Cons
The upper management of PCM are a joke and everyone that works under them knows it. Everyone is related to everyone, so it’s hard to bring up concern when it’s about someone’s cousin or wife or whoever. “Turn” is the worst. Rather than hiring a professional staff they make their part time employees work everyday for 10+ hours from move out to move in… from 70 - 80 hours a WEEK. I don’t see how that’s even legal. Commission is never on time. They’ll promise “the next paycheck… the next paycheck” and no one will receive it until months later. If you decide to quit, even if you put your two weeks in, they still will not pay you commission even though it’s been owed to you for multiple months. The job itself can be fun, but the fact that this is supposed to be a professional management company is pathetic. This is the worst management I have ever been under. And it shows too bc the employee turn over is large. Also, the 5 star rating reviews have to be fake or by the CEO or something bc there’s no way anyone working for this company likes it that much.
