Terrible place - Anonymous employee Precision Strategies Employee Review

Don’t let the recent positive reviews fool you. Precision is a terrible place to work at. Senior leadership is petty, cliquey, and have zero interest in the growth of their employees and junior staff, specifically women of color. Once they decide they don’t like you, for irrelevant and petty reasons, they will do everything (including lie) to push you out. They create fake scenarios and problems to fire people and lead a very demoralizing and toxic workplace.
