Terrible Management - Customer Service Precision Cutting Tools Employee Review

There is no recognition from management, and they are very bad leaders. No appreciation what’s so ever and they do not know how to lead. They always criticize you for the work and are never there to help you. They make up excuses such as "I'm busy" or "figure it out on your own" and then when you finish the work, they say why didn't you let us know what you’re doing. Lose Lose situation either way, they never adapt to others, everything revolves around them and they don't care about anyone else.
