Nothing, it was truly awful.

Internal communications are poor and cause rifts between staff members in different departments and within teams; this is reflected in both company and team communications and the actual communications team. Office culture excludes and looks down on other employees. The office itself is a boys club. The company would rather dismiss an employee than inform them of developing points and make no effort to negotiate.
