Pros
I can't say I've every been introduced to a better group of people to work with. The people who started the company STILL talk to me and ask me questions about how things are going. Who does that in a position a company like PreSonus is? Not many and definitely not a lot of MI companies.
Cons
I don't have much to complain about. Sometimes I feel extremely overwhelmed with my position and what I have to go on, but my boss is quick to help with PTO scheduling so I don't go crazy, and I wish we could have more help. Wish Upper-Management could see our potential too and perhaps give benefits to hard work and extra incentives to boost a little more an already positive morale at this exciting company.
