Worst CEO I have ever seen , don’t pay on time - Anonymous employee PrasarNet Technologies Employee Review

First of all if this company doesn't pay to their employee on time then why you spent a long time in this company? Let me tell you before saying anything I think you should look into the things what you got from this company. No organization is paying someone years after years if someone just spending their time by learning & without any productivity but here you got paid on your learning part & that is a good thing of this company that employees are getting highly paid by learning also. Moreover the CEO is so familiar that he behaves with his employee as a friend but you have taken him for granted and forgot to give respect even as because of his friendly nature. Anyway you keep well in your future but at least be respectful towards those person who are giving you the opportunity to grow your career. Where in this market organizations are only looking for experienced one, here this company is hiring experienced & also non experienced candidates to make them experienced and you are one of them.
