Pros

Cafeteria is great, decent pay for the area, they pay for all medical expenses if you opt to take their health insurance

Cons

Culture is insanely toxic. They appear to value their employees but favoritism and nepotism is rampant. Plenty of people related to one another and those folks can do no wrong since they have an in with management. If you are from the outside beware. They pretend like they care about their employees but care only about appearances. This extends to nearly every facet of the company. They claim to value innovation but are extremely behind other companies. (Paper everywhere etc) They don’t give you any vacation for four months but also don’t expect you to call in more than twice over the course of those four months. Meanwhile senior leaders work remotely and come and go as they please. They expect someone to manage a team of 25-50 people with no additional help and if you have a team that is staffed 24/7 good luck ever having any time off as they expect you to essentially be on call nonstop. Even on vacation days and sick days use of outlook is encouraged. In certain departments some team members don’t even get a lunch break. They have team members working 12+ hour shifts due to rampant turnover within different departments.
