An excellent place to work - Account Executive Practifi Employee Review

What I enjoy most about working at Practifi is the commitment from our management, starting at the C-suite level, to listen to feedback from team members. Whether we are discussing active/future project plans, delving into team dynamics, or just thinking about how we continue to make a more inclusive work environment, our managers are focused on getting insight and opinions from employees on how we might do that thing more effectively. It has made me to feel heard, especially when I see changes based on my feedback in action. Our recent pivot to allow for more remote work during the pandemic gave rise to a more extensive discussion about our future work preferences with the team. All team members were able to provide feedback for their specific needs. Our team did such an incredible job handling the full spectrum of input. Instead of forcing all employees into a singular plan, they focused on providing a flexible array of options to give us all the best outcomes possible.

Growth sometimes comes with growing pains. Teams have experienced some heavier loads to pull as we continue to gain new clients, but I can say that our Operations and HR teams have prioritized getting new team members in as fast as possible without sacrificing the quality we need in those roles.

Strongish culture, decent group of relatively talented people

Target client base is tricky to sell to. They want the moon, the sun, and the stars. Need to be overpromised to to close a deal. Then they get mad when the implimentation requires more customization and the contract gets cancelled.
